POP MART is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant Store Manager in Tacoma, WA. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a talented team, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

You will lead daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics while acting as Manager on Duty when needed. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports store initiatives and events.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Store Manager to recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and feedback.
• Foster an inclusive, customer-first culture and reflect POP MART's values.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, making operational and customer service decisions.
• Assist onboarding, training and performance development of new team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading from the sales floor.
• Promote new product launches, limited editions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stockroom.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and planograms.
