POP MART is seeking a Regional Retail Assistant Store Manager in Tacoma, WA to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, coach Brand Associates, and oversee daily operations including merchandising and loss prevention.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and delivering POP MART’s premium brand experience to collectors and visitors alike.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from the sales floor and reflect POP MART's premium brand.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve performance.
