Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Tacoma, WA for the Retail department. You will lead a high-performing team, coach Brand Associates, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include daily store operations, merchandising, inventory control, and staff development, with the Store Manager as your direct report. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and replenishment.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
