POP MART Americas is seeking a Sales Lead in Tulalip Bay, WA, to inspire the team, deliver premium customer experiences, and drive store performance. You will lead as Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, coach associates, manage inventory, and ensure a visually compelling shopping environment.

The role requires 1+ years in retail with leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture collectibles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's stories, characters, and collaborations.
• Drive store performance by achieving sales, conversion, and KPI targets.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with replenishment and back-of-house organization.
• Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for POP MART and support events, launches, and campaigns.
