Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations, including leadership tasks and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, with open availability for nights and weekends to meet store needs.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, plus the ability to coach and supervise associates and uphold store policies.

Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
Promotes safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
