Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience and shares service best practices with the team.
Handles store cash register records, price verifications, and voids; assists with order exceptions and reverse logistics.
Assists with displays, resets, pricing signage, and stock rotation to maintain store standards.
Maintains accurate inventory counts and helps with backroom duties and housekeeping.
