Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily operations and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience for every guest. The role involves leading associates, performing store administration tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing POS and gas sales, stocking merchandise, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Excellent English communication and physical ability for warehouse-like tasks are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and handle items up to 21 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Handle store administration tasks including ordering and reports.
• Greet guests and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Prepare DipSide items and operate dip cabinet.
• Manage POS and gas sales transactions and cash drop procedures.
• Stock shelves and ensure proper product rotation and cleanliness.
• Maintain store security and safety procedures.
• Maintain time records and ensure documentation is accurate.
