Job summary

FIGS Scottsdale is seeking a Part-Time Community Hub Lead (Key Holder) to be the face of the store and drive memorable in-store experiences. You will support store operations, training, and leadership coverage, while engaging customers and sharing FIGS' brand mission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Fluency in English; conversational Spanish a plus.
• Basic math and computer skills; Shopify POS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to explain FIGS products.
• Assist with opening/closing the store and keeping shelves stocked.
• Support cash wrap activities, returns, and exchanges.
• Train and mentor new team members; act as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
• Provide feedback on sales trends and customer insights.
