Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to represent the brand and deliver outstanding customer service across our store network.

You will educate customers on the range of financial products and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include handling cash, processing transactions, managing inquiries, and coordinating with management to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license & insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer phone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Conduct outbound sales, courtesy calls, and compliant collections per regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and perform deposits as needed.
• Ensure accurate transactions and compliance with company policies.
