Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Grand Junction, Colorado to lead sales and guest experiences on the shop floor. You will supervise schedules, coach staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly while delivering outstanding service.

This role emphasizes team leadership, loss prevention, merchandising, and daily operations, with opportunities for training and development within a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and drive store sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is absent.
• Coach and develop store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales/tasks goals.
• Schedule and staff the store; participate in recruiting and training.
• Ensure adherence to policies, security of inventory and funds, and brand standards.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness; manage cash handling and open/close procedures.
