Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage with customers, deliver an exceptional in-store experience and support store leadership. You will drive selling, product knowledge and visual presentation while helping to exceed sales goals and manage daily store operations.

Role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and ongoing development of skills to boost performance and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Mansioni

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals such as UPT and ADT.
• Understand current promotions and advertisements and execute floor moves.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions at POS registers.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
