Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager in Westerville, OH, to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth shift operations. You will supervise associates, coach staff on The Hi Five Guest Experience, and manage store administration during your shift.

The role requires legally qualifying to sell alcohol/tobacco where applicable, and you will oversee DipSide items, POS operations, stocking, and safety compliance. A customer-focused leader who can work 37–40 hours weekly is ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience delivering guest-focused service.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Effective communication in English with customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and coach staff to follow The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Handle store administration tasks including ordering and reporting.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain store conditions.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage food service operations.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, rotate stock, and ensure proper merchandising.
• Practice security and cash-control procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
