Job summary

The Children’s Place in Baraboo, Wisconsin, is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will manage cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and serve as Leader on Duty, while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will develop talent, coach associates, and partner with leadership to maximize store performance, payroll, and employee development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent through training and coaching of associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Lead store operations including payroll, scheduling and LOD duties.
• Maintain store standards, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
