Job summary

The Children's Place in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Store Lead (Part Time) to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty (LOD) responsibilities.

You will drive customer engagement, maintain brand standards, and help develop team performance while contributing to store profitability and smooth operations. A 1–3 year retail background and a valid 18+ age are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager on performance concerns.
• Lead in payroll processing and weekly payroll tasks.
• Modify schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and store floor.
• Model exceptional customer service and store standards.
