Activate, a tech‑driven experience provider, seeks a shift lead at our Miami Kendall store to guide customer interactions and coach the Game Facilitators for top-tier in-store experiences. You will ensure smooth operations, handle escalations, and maintain service excellence across rooms and bookings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on engaging customer relations.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee a team of 10+ people.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails and capitalize opportunities to accommodate customer needs; troubleshoot bookings.
• Assist customer at check-in, create and receive invoices, take payments, and perform overrides at check-in.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the Store Leader as required.
• Communicate status of the facility and each room to ensure the best customer experience.
• Ensure activation programs are applied in compliance with company standards.
• Train new employees and lead a team with a focus on customer success.
• Oversee inventory, maintenance, and provisioning with the Store Leader.
