Activate Games in Miami, Kendall store is seeking a dedicated lead on shift to drive exceptional in-store experiences, coach Game Facilitators, and ensure smooth operations across customer service, bookings, and payments.

You will guide the team, handle escalations, maintain rooms and inventory, and work varied shifts starting as early as 8 am to 1 am, in a lively environment with bright lights, loud music, and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience supervising a team of 10+ is a plus.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and emails; manage bookings and payments.
• Assist at check-in; handle invoices and overrides.
• Resolve complaints; escalate when needed.
• Communicate status to team and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Activate programs and ensure compliance.
