Job summary

Activate Games in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Lead on Shift to drive first-class customer experiences and keep operations smooth across the store.

You will guide Game Facilitators, handle escalations, manage inventory and maintenance, and lead by example with a problem-solving mindset.

This full-time, permanent role requires strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to work early and late shifts in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of 10+ is an asset.
• Proficiency using basic hand and power tools is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails, secure bookings, and troubleshoot challenges.
• Assist at check-in, handle invoices, payments, and overrides as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints, escalating to Store Leader when required.
• Communicate status of the facility to the team and customers for a smooth experience.
• Ensure Activate Programs are implemented in compliance with standards.
