Activate is seeking a part-time team member at our Miami (Kendall) store to guide players through check-in, support gameplay, and keep the venue running smoothly. You will help deliver a world-class experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates are social, confident, and excited by technology and gaming. Responsibilities include facilitating games, check-in, maintenance, and delivering exceptional guest service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is asset
• Must be flexible to evenings, weekends, holidays
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management
• Energetic, friendly, outgoing, able to command attention in a crowd

Responsibilities

• Facilitate game experiences with professionalism and positive energy
• Brief groups before experiences and assist during gameplay
• Greet customers, verify check-in, process payments and issue receipts/wristbands
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities and equipment
• Monitor gameplay, provide timely assistance, and report malfunctions
