Job summary

Activate is hiring for a full-time Store Lead at our Miami Kendall location. You will ensure exceptional in-store experiences by guiding game facilitators, resolving escalations, and keeping operations smooth from the front desk to the game rooms.

Playful, fast-paced environment with physical tasks and nightly shifts; you’ll lead with positivity, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure all programs are applied per standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on engaging customer relations.
• Demonstrated collaborator and experience overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Customer and Store Operations: answer phones/emails, assist at check-in, process payments, and handle bookings.
• Team Leadership: train and coach staff, oversee tasks, and foster customer-focused culture.
• Maintenance and Inventory: manage inventory, upkeep rooms, and communicate needs to Store Leader.
• Working Environment: capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and work with bright lights, loud music, and PPE as required.
