Pro-Play Games is seeking a Sales Lead to oversee day-to-day sales floor operations, coach staff, and support store leadership. The role emphasizes customer-first service, sales execution, and team accountability in a fast-paced gaming retail environment.

You will be responsible for setting the floor tone, maintaining standards, and driving performance across categories, events, and promotions. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

• Experience in retail or hobby store preferred.
• Leadership or key-holder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and peak hours.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
