Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Store Lead in Bloomington, MN to guide the store’s leadership team, develop associates, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead sales execution, coaching, and daily operations to ensure readiness for customers and executives.

The role emphasizes a revenue-driven culture with a focus on mentoring, training, and delivering premium Samsung experiences. Strong leadership in a big-box or specialty retail setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, including big-box or specialty retail.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop associates while fostering a high-performance team.
• Strong skills in SOPs, store readiness, and day-to-day operations.
• Data-driven decision making using performance metrics.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics helps translate features to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales performance.
• Deliver engaging product demos, workshops, and events for customers.
• Partner with Store Manager and ASM to execute priorities and maintain readiness.
• Coach and develop associates with feedback and recognition programs.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires on Galaxy product knowledge.
• Manage sales floor during shifts, ensure merchandising and flow.
• Coordinate with Store Technology, Repairs, Visual Merchandising, and Corporate Support to resolve issues.
• Should the senior leaders be absent, assume full operational and sales management responsibilities.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including coverage during peak periods.
