Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Store Lead to guide a dynamic retail team. You will drive sales performance, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across the store.

You will mentor associates, manage opening/closing routines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute priorities and maintain readiness. Prior big-box leadership and Galaxy product knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, with at least 1 year in big-box or specialty retail.
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, SOPs, and driving sales results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor during shifts, driving customer flow and merchandising standards.
• Coach associates, provide feedback and recognition to build a high-performance culture.
• Partner with Store Manager and others to execute priorities and maintain readiness.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing associate development with Galaxy product knowledge.
