Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line ambassador in our Check N Go network. You will supervise daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure regulatory compliance across the store.

You will lead a team, manage cash handling, assist customers with product options, and collaborate with district leaders to meet store goals and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet needs.
• Handle and balance cash, perform deposits, and manage cash drawer.
• Answer inquiries and assist with applications and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Provide professional, courteous service and resolve issues when possible.
• Travel to stores within the district as required and work assigned shifts.
