Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Check N Go/Allied Cash Advance/Cash Store family. You will be the front-line brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring regulatory excellence.

You will educate customers on product options, manage cash and deposits, and coordinate with leadership to resolve issues; travel within the district may be required; a HS diploma and 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license & insurance

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate as needed
• Answer inquiries and process customer applications
• Perform outbound calls per regulations and procedures
• Respond professionally to customers and explain solutions
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and prepare deposits
• Verify customer information and complete transactions
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies
• Complete compliance trainings and attend required sessions
• Other duties as assigned
