Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Florida to drive customer service excellence and lead store activities. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock merchandise, and maintain clean, organized conditions across the shop floor.

In the absence of management, you will step in to lead a team and support daily operations. You will utilize planograms, safety policies, and merchandising standards to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Reliable customer service and leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding and application of safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Basic math skills for transactions and discounts.
• Proficiency with cash register functions and money handling.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers, delivering superior service leadership.
• Operate cash register, scan items, process payments, bag merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, restock and build displays per planograms.
• Keep the store clean and organized, manage trash and cleaning duties.
• Open/close the store under Store Manager guidance; cover in their absence.
• Perform duties as needed by Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
