Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Competence in basic math and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, process payments, bag merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays and follow planograms.
• Clean store, manage trash, dust/mop floors, maintain restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction; assist in duties in their absence.
