The Children's Place in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking a Store Lead to join the Store Leadership Team. You will handle cash-wrap, opening/closing, and act as Leader on Duty, representing the brand with professional service.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer engagement, and upkeep of store standards to drive profitability and teamwork. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Coach associates and provide in-the-moment feedback.
• Support store leadership and contribute to training initiatives.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and customer service excellence.
• Assist in scheduling and payroll for the Leader on Duty program.
