The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, NJ. This part-time role supports the Store Leadership Team through cash-wrap, opening/closing, and Leader on Duty duties with a strong focus on service and brand integrity.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing payroll, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, organized stockroom while delivering exceptional retail experiences to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead on Duty and represent the brand professionally.
• Coach associates with in-the-moment feedback.
• Support payroll processing and schedule modification.
• Maintain stockroom organization and store standards.
