Job summary

The Childrens Place is seeking a Store Lead in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. You will assist in cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and serve as Leader on Duty. You will model brand standards, engage customers, and support teamwork and employee development.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, managing payroll, adjusting schedules, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of previous retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash-wrap operations and store opening/closing tasks.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and development for associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Support payroll processing and weekly scheduling adjustments.
• Foster a positive environment and provide timely feedback.

Education
