The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead in Oxon Hill, Maryland to support the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and serving as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role focuses on engaging customers, maintaining store standards, and fostering teamwork and employee development.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, performance feedback, and ensuring high customer service.
