Formación

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to lead a shift and delegate tasks in the absence of management.
• Experience handling cash and balancing registers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers, showing products and guiding them through the buying process.
• Ask open-ended questions to learn customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Provide accurate, helpful information to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers with gifts and take-home purchases using suggestive selling.
• Take orders in person and over the phone, including large client orders.
• Lead the team during shifts when managers are unavailable and prepare the store for the next shift.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and resolve customer issues on the spot.
