Chico's in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model welcoming, customer-centered service that reflects our hospitality culture.

You'll drive brand priorities on the sales floor, coach associates, manage store operations including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and help deliver memorable, omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide coaching to staff.
• Execute operations activities such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
