Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Lead Customer Specialist for the Store 0242‑Rookwood Commons‑Chico's‑Norwood, OH. You will serve as the Manager on Duty when needed, leading a team to deliver a welcoming, customer‑centered experience that reflects Chico's hospitality culture.

You will train and coach staff, share product knowledge, and drive shopper engagement through events and promotions while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example.
• Effective leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership style that invests in developing talent.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products on the sales floor and stockroom; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store as Manager on Duty in the absence of another manager.
• Deliver a welcoming, customer-centered environment reflecting Chico's hospitality culture.
• Share knowledge of Chico's products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships through proactive outreach about new products and events.
