Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, and supporting store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math for operations, and adherence to safety and planogram guidelines. This position offers full-time hours in a retail setting with diverse daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and handle payments.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves and build displays.
• Clean the store and manage housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with planogram implementation and store setup.
• Open and close the store under direction.
• Perform duties of Store Manager in their absence.
