Job summary

Walgreens in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a store team member to open and close the store in the absence of store management, handle cash and backroom duties, and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for the day.

You will engage customers, process returns and refunds, assist with merchandising, pricing, and inventory, and support the pharmacy out window as needed to deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control.
• Preferred: valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and records on cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues.
• Supports operations including pricing, displays, inventory, stockroom, and backroom tasks; assists with vendor deliveries.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Complies with policies and maintains respectful relationships.
