Job summary

Walgreens in College Station, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to help open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and POS tasks, and ensure floor and stockroom readiness for the business day. You will engage customers, resolve issues, assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and maintain store cleanliness.

Prior leadership or key holder experience and fluent English are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store standards: inventory accuracy, pricing updates, displays, and housekeeping.
