Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate in Mount Holly, NC, to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash, assist with vendor deliveries, and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities include processing returns, refunds, and stock checks, while modeling exceptional service and guiding teammates in best practices. English fluency required; PTCB/licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management as necessary.
• Assists with warehouse and vendor ordering processes and backdoor/vendor deliveries.
