Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management.
• Completes cash handling, refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions for a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing and displays.
• Assists with back-door deliveries, vendor coordination, and general store maintenance.
