Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, and maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested.
