Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases, collect payment, make change, bag merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays; open/close store as directed.
• Keep the store clean; manage trash and restroom cleanliness; set up sidewalk displays.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising execution.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
