The role involves leading during the absence of Store Manager, ensuring accurate cash handling, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Follows planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Comfort with basic math and percentage calculations.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Experience in supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner, totaling purchases and making change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves; assist with displays.
• Clean store, take out trash, and maintain restroom and stockroom.
• Assist in planogram implementation and store layout updates.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
