Dollar General Corporation seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock merchandise, and support store leadership in daily operations.

In this role you will act as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager, perform other duties as assigned, and help maximize store profitability while safeguarding company assets. We value teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit practices.
• Follows planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank for deposits.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, process payments, bag merchandise, and assist customers.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, build displays, and follow work processes for receiving and unpacking.
• Keep the store clean, manage trash, and maintain restroom and stockroom cleanliness.
• Open and close the store as directed by management.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
