Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store personnel using LIDS Training Programs and setting goals.
• Enforce company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and coverage during peaks and holidays.
• Support inventory control, pricing, and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
