Job summary

Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, training, and performance, while ensuring store standards and sales targets are met.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll manage inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising, and you’ll guide the team to provide a memorable shopping experience for fans across our stores.

Qualifications

• Assistant Store Managers drive sales while preventing loss.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs.
• Maintain store standards and visual guidelines.
• Manage cash, pricing, inventory, and safety.
• Open and close the store per SOPs.
