• Maintain store standards; complete daily open/close tasks.
• Review progress and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Drive sales by optimizing inventory and merchandising on the floor.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and associate relations.
• Support omni-channel activities (e.g., BOPIS) and other store programs.
• Ensure safety and asset protection; report issues to Store Manager.
• Recruit and train store associates; participate in onboarding.
