• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to policy and procedure.
• Maintains store operations and assigns tasks to Associates.
• Coaches and delegates to drive performance and customer service.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Supports safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
