Sierra at TJX Companies in Beavercreek OH is seeking a Key Carrier to extend the Coordinator role with leadership duties. The position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You will supervise associates, support management, and ensure store operations align with company policies while coaching teammates to improve performance.

Formación

• 1 year of retail experience is required.
• 6 months of leadership experience is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on Duty and lead store operations as needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Associates to improve performance.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management and staff.
• Promote store policies, safety practices, and loyalty programs.
• Support training and development for associates.
