The TJX Companies, Inc. in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Key Carrier who alternates with the Coordinator role, leads store tasks, and delivers exceptional customer service.

This role requires open availability including nights and weekends, strong teamwork, coaching, and the ability to act as Manager on Duty while adhering to company policy. Benefits and starting hourly pay are provided.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Proven problem solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Exercising discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates adhere to operational procedures and opening/closing procedures
• Communicates with management and Associates when setting priorities; provides progress updates
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
