You must be available nights and weekends; you will coach Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple people/tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas.
• Coach Associates and provide feedback.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
