Dollar General Corporation seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-focused store and support the Store Manager. You will assist customers, handle cash, restock merchandise, and help set up displays while protecting company assets.

You will perform duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of store leadership. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling tasks.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, rotate displays, and implement planograms.
• Clean the store, manage trash, and maintain restroom and stockroom cleanliness.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
